My experience at Appart-Hotel Ezzahia was nothing short of a disaster. The reception staff were shockingly rude, leaving me frustrated and unheard during my check-in. the room I was given was completely different from the one advertised—no hot water and constant noise from the street made it impossible to get any sleep.

Wi-Fi connectivity was also hit or miss, making it difficult to plan your next adventure while lounging by the pool.

I really enjoyed the hotel's great location in Gueliz, close to everything I needed. It was a short walk to numerous restaurants and local shops, making it very convenient. The in-house dining options were a huge plus, and the ambiance felt welcoming, particularly in the quiet garden area.
